When do you dispatch?

    We aim to get all orders dispatched for next day shipping.

    Is my order tracked?

    All orders will be sent with a tracking number.

    Where is my Tracking Number?

    Your tracking number should be included within the shipping dispatch email you receive. If it is not, or you can’t find it - please email hello@concon.com.au for help.

    Will my order be shipped discreetly?

    Yes, there will be no ConCon iconography on the outside of the box.

    Do you post to PO boxes?

    Yes we do, but due to Sendle's restrictions we can only use Auspost for PO boxes.

    How do I enter a discount code?

    Discount code can be entered during the checkout menu.

    Do you guys offer bulk discounts?

    Yes we do! Please email hello@concon.com.au for any bulk buy enquiries.

    How do I know if my purchase went through successfully

    If you received an order confirmation email after your purchase then your order has gone through successfully. If you haven’t received your confirmation email after placing an order, please send us an email at hello@concon.com.au

    Can I change or modify my order?

    If you send us an email immediately (within minutes) after the order has been processed, then we will endeavour to accommodate any modifications to your order. 

    Where do you ship to?

    We ship Australia wide for now.

    Which couriers do you use for shipping?

    Our standard shipping is via Sendle and Express postage is through Auspost

    What shipping options do you offer?

    We offer Standard Shipping and Express Postage

    What is the cost of shipping?

    Standard Shipping is $8 flat rate Australia wide and Express Postage is $15 flat rate Australia Wide

    My order is late, What do I do?

    If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please email us at hello@concon.com.au so that we may investigate the issue for you. There are currently major shipping delays with all couriers, especially Australia Post so we thank you for your patience.

    What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

    If your order has arrived not as you expected, please send us further details at hello@concon.com.au and we can then organise a replacement.

    I need to exchange/refund my item, what do I do?

    Please email us at hello@concon.com.au with details of your request and we will get back to you.

    Are return costs covered?

    If there was a defective, damaged or incorrect item then our team will send you a postage paid return shipping slip. Change of mind returns will not have the return shipping costs covered. 

    Are your products original?

    Yes, all of our products are original products.

    I need assistance choosing a product, what do I do?

    We would love to help you choose the right product for you. Please email us at hello@concon.com.au, or message us on Facebook so that we can assist in your choosing.

    Which condom size do I need?

    Refer to the condom sizing guide.

    How do I use personal lubricant?

    Squirt a small grape sized dollop and apply where lubrication is desired. Use more if required.
